Tamba Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Commission applies to the proceeds of business activities from any client the Referrer has directly been responsible for introducing to Tamba, which would otherwise have not been possible without the efforts of the Referrer.
  2. Referrer will be paid 10% of the value of the first work order, excluding applicable taxes, signed between Tamba and a customer referred by the Referrer.
  3. The Referrer will receive commission payments within 30 days of Tamba receiving payment from the customer referred by the Referrer.
  4. The Referrer acknowledges that the total value of a work order between Tamba and the referred customer may be paid in installments over the period of services performed, and payment of these installments will determine the Referrer’s payment of commission by Tamba.
  5. Term and Termination. This Agreement will begin on the date it is signed and will remain in effect until terminated by either Party upon thirty (30) days' written notice.
  6. No Employment Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create an employment relationship between the Referrer and Tamba. The Referrer is responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
  7. Referrer will invoice Tamba for the amount mutually agreed upon between Tamba and the Referrer, and Tamba will pay Referrer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  8. Multiple and Sequential Referrals: In the event that more than one person or entity either collaboratively refers a specific piece of business to Tamba or refers the same piece of business independently in a non-collaborative occurrence, the corresponding referral fee for that business will be divided equally amongst all involved parties or entities.
